The Singapore Embassy in Beijing would like to invite relevant vendors to tender for the PROVISION OF SECURITY PERSONNEL SERVICES FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY AND AMBASSADOR’S RESIDENCE IN BEIJING, PRC FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (02) YEARS FROM 01 AUGUST 2020 TO 31 JULY 2022 WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR ONE (01) YEAR FROM 01 AUGUST 2022 TO 31 JULY 2023.

报价邀请函:新加坡驻华大使馆与大使官邸安保服务合同期限为两年从2020年08月01日至2022年07月31日并有一年续期选择权从2022年08月01日至2023年07月31日

1. Interested companies may contact Ms Alice Woon (云小姐) at 65321115 Ext 146 to register for the Quotation.

2. A compulsory site briefing will be conducted on 12 March 2020 for the Embassy and Ambassador’s Residence. Vendors shall make their own transportation arrangements for both site briefings. Details as follow:

3. Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria below:

a) Price (65%)

b) Compliance with specifications (25%)

c) Company track record (10%)

4. The tender opening period will be till 13 April 2020 at 1200 hrs Beijing Time.

5. All quotations must be submitted BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Beijing at No 1 Xiu Shui Bei Jie, Jian Guo Men Wai, Beijing 100600 (北京市，朝阳区，建国门外，秀水北街1号，邮编100600). indicating “PROVISION OF SECURITY PERSONNEL SERVICES FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY AND AMBASSADOR’S RESIDENCE IN BEIJING, PRC FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (02) YEARS FROM 01 AUGUST 2020 TO 31 JULY 2022 WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR ONE (01) YEAR FROM 01 AUGUST 2022 TO 31 JULY 2023.”

6. Tenders received after the deadline will not be considered.

7. The Singapore Embassy will post the Award Notice on its Bulletin Board at the Embassy.
