The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin invites interested and qualified tenderers to submit their tender offers for provision of security guard services at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin.
REQUEST AND SUBMISSION OF NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)
Interested tenderers are requested to contact the Embassy for issuance of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in writing via Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.
Before an appointment for collection of the tender documents and briefing session can be made, a signed copy of the Non-Disclosure Agreement and a copy of the identification card (ID) of your company’s appointed officers who will attend the briefing session, shall be submitted to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.
Please note that the ITT documents can only be issued after the submission of the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.
BRIEFING SESSION AND COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
An appointment for a briefing session will be arranged individually with the interested tenderers upon collection of the tender documents. The briefing session is compulsory and will be conducted as follows:

The signed original of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) needs to be submitted upon collection of the tender documents.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER OFFERS
Interested tenderers may submit their bids in English language and hard copies only. Other modes of submission, such as soft copies, will not be accepted.
Please ensure all tender offers and documents are filled-in and signed before you submit them in person or by post to the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore, Voßstr. 17, 10117 Berlin, for the attention of Admin Secretary no later than 1700 hours on 22 February 2019.
ITT Opening date: 14 January 2019
ITT Closing date: 22 February 2019 at 17:00 hours (Local Time Berlin, Germany)
The Schedule of Tender and The Notice of Award will be published on the Embassy’s notice board after the closing date of the ITT and after the award has been made.
