INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT):
PROCUREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL CARETAKER SERVICES FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE AND THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE
The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin invites interested and qualified contractors to submit their offers for the procurement of professional caretaker services for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore and the official Residence of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin.
Interested vendors are requested to contact the Embassy for the issuance of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in writing via Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.
Please note that the issuance of ITT documents as well as the site surveys can only be arranged after the submission of the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.
Interested vendors may submit their bids only in hardcopy format. Other modes of submission, such as soft copies, will not be accepted.
Site Survey:
i) Survey on-site for Chancery: Monday, 10 February 2020 (Time: 10:00 -12:00 hours and 15:00 – 17:00 hours)
Please note that this site survey is compulsory. All related ITT documents will be provided during the survey on-site to any vendors who wish to participate in this exercise. Vendors who do not participate in the site survey will be disqualified from consideration.
ii) Survey on-site for Residence: Thursday, 13 February 2020 (Time: 10:00 – 12:00 hours)
Please note that this site survey is compulsory. All related ITT documents will be provided during the survey on-site to any vendors who wish to participate in this exercise. Vendors who do not participate in the site survey will be disqualified from consideration.
Tender Period:
ITT Opening Date: Monday, 3 February 2020
ITT Closing Date: Monday, 9 March 2020 at 17:00 hours (Local Time Berlin, Germany)
The Schedule of Tender and the Notice of Award will be published on the Embassy's notice board after the closing date of the ITT and after an award has been made.
