The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin invites interested and qualified gardening companies to submit their price quotes for provision of gardening services for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin.
Interested gardening companies are requested to contact the Embassy for issuance of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in writing via Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg. All related ITQ documents will be sent out in pdf format by email to any gardening companies who wish to participate in this exercise. Please note that the survey/briefing on-site and the issuance of ITQ documents can only be arranged after the submission of the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.
Interested gardening companies should submit their price quotes only in softcopy format. Other modes of submission, such as hard copies, will not be accepted.
Site Survey:
The site survey is not compulsory. An appointment for a site survey will only be scheduled upon request.
Please note that the Embassy will take the following preventive measures due to the current COVID-19 situation:
1. The 2G rule (Vaccinated/Recovered) currently applies for visitors entering the Embassy premises.
2. All visitors will undergo temperature screening and are required to complete a health declaration at the guardhouse before entering the Embassy premises. The Embassy has the discretion to refuse entry to any visitor who is deemed to be unwell.
3. All participants attending the on-site survey and briefing have to bring and wear their own mask (FFP2 or surgical masks) at all times on the Embassy premises.
Invitation to Quote (ITQ) Period:
ITQ Opening Date: Friday, 14 January 2022
ITQ Closing Date: Friday, 11 February 2022 at 17:00 hours (Local Time Berlin, Germany)
The Schedule of Quotation and the Notice of Award will be published on the Embassy's notice board after the closing date of the ITQ and after an award has been made.
