INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) – THE REPLACEMENT OF TIMBER DECK IN THE FRONT GARDEN OF THE RESIDENCE OF THE AMBASSADOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BERLIN

The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin invites interested and qualified companies to submit their price quotes for the above-mentioned works for the Residence of Ambassador of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin.
Interested companies are requested to contact the Embassy for issuance of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in writing via Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg. Please note that the survey/briefing on-site and the issuance of ITQ documents can only be arranged after the submission of the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.
Site Survey and Collection of ITQ Documents
An appointment for a site survey will be arranged individually with interested companies. Please note that this site survey is compulsory. All relevant ITQ documents will be provided during the on-site survey to any vendor who wishes to participate in this exercise. Vendors who do not participate in the site survey will be disqualified from consideration.
Please note that each company only needs to attend one site survey, which can be arranged on one of the following dates/times:
Survey on-site at the Residence of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin:
· Wednesday, 27 March 2024 (Time: 1000 hours -1300 hours)
· Tuesday, 02 April 2024 (Time: 1000 hours -1300 hours)
Submission of Quotation and ITQ Period
Interested vendors may submit their bid proposals together with all supporting documents in English and only in softcopy format. Other modes of submission, such as hard copies, will not be accepted. In addition, only supporting documents issued by the German authorities can be submitted and accepted in German.
Please ensure that all ITQ documents are fully completed and signed before you submit them in softcopy format to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg, no later than 1700 hours on 11 April 2024.
ITQ Opening Date: Thursday, 21 March 2024
ITQ Closing Date: Thursday, 11 April 2024 at 1700 hours (Local Time Berlin, Germany)
The Schedule of Quotations and the Notice of Award will be published on the Embassy's notice board after the closing date of the ITQ and after an award has been made.
