INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) - PROVISION OF GARDENING SERVICES FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BERLIN
The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin invites interested and qualified gardening companies to submit their price quotes for provision of gardening services for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin.
Interested gardening companies are requested to contact the Embassy for issuance of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in writing via Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg. Please note that the issuance of ITQ documents can only be arranged after the submission of the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.
Site Survey and Collection of ITQ Documents
An appointment for a site survey will be arranged individually with interested companies. Please note that this site survey is not compulsory.
Any vendor who wishes to participate in this exercise can request the ITQ documents (in pdf format) in writing to Berlin Procurement.
Submission of Quotation and ITQ Period
Interested vendors may submit their bid proposals together with all supporting documents in English and only in softcopy format. Other modes of submission, such as hard copies, will not be accepted. In addition, only supporting documents issued by the German authorities can be submitted and accepted in German.
Please ensure that all ITQ documents are fully completed and signed before you submit them in softcopy format to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg, no later than 1700 hours on 10 June 2024.
ITQ Opening Date: Thursday, 23 May 2024
ITQ Closing Date: Monday, 10 June 2024 at 1700 hours (Local Time Berlin, Germany)
The Schedule of Quotations and the Notice of Award will be published on the Embassy's notice board after the closing date of the ITQ and after an award has been made.
