INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) - PROVISION OF PAINTING WORKS FOR THE RESIDENCE OF AMBASSADOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BERLIN

The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin invites interested and qualified painting companies to submit their price quotes for the provision of painting works for the Residence of Ambassador of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin.
Interested painting companies are requested to contact the Embassy for issuance of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in writing via Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg. Please note that the issuance of ITQ documents can only be arranged after the submission of the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.
Site Survey and ITQ Documents
An appointment for a site survey will be arranged individually with interested painting companies. Please note that this site survey is not compulsory.
Any painting company who wishes to participate in this exercise can request the ITQ documents (in pdf format) in writing to Berlin Procurement.
Submission of Quotation and ITQ Period
Interested painting companies may submit their bid proposals together with all supporting documents in English and only in softcopy format. Other modes of submission, such as hard copies, will not be accepted. In addition, only supporting documents issued by the German authorities can be submitted and accepted in German.
Please ensure that all ITQ documents are fully completed and signed before you submit them in softcopy format to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg, no later than 1700 hours on 06 August 2024.
ITQ Opening Date: Wednesday, 17 July 2024
ITQ Closing Date: Tuesday, 06 August 2024 at 1700 hours (Local Time Berlin, Germany)
The Schedule of Quotations and the Notice of Award will be published on the Embassy's notice board after the closing date of the ITQ and after an award has been made.
