ITQ - PROVISION OF GARDENING SERVICES FOR THE RESIDENCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BERLIN-DAHLEM

The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin invites interested and qualified gardening companies to submit their price quotes for provision of gardening services for the Residence of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin-Dahlem.

Interested gardening companies are requested to contact the Embassy for issuance of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in writing via Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg. All related ITQ documents will be sent out in pdf format by email to any gardening companies who wish to participate in this exercise. Please note that the survey/briefing on-site and the issuance of ITQ documents can only be arranged after the submission of the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg. 

Interested gardening companies should submit their price quotes only in softcopy format. Other modes of submission, such as hard copies, will not be accepted.

Site Survey and Collection of ITQ Documents

An appointment for a site survey will be arranged individually with interested companies. Please note that this site survey is compulsory. All relevant ITQ documents will be provided during the on-site survey to any vendor who wishes to participate in this exercise. Vendors who do not participate in the site survey will be disqualified from consideration.

Please note that each company only needs to attend one site survey, which can be arranged on one of the following dates/times:

Survey on-site at the Residence of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin-Dahlem:

·        Wednesday, 5 March 2025 (Time: 1400 hours -1700 hours)

·        Tuesday, 11 March 2025 (Time: 1400 hours -1700 hours)

Invitation to Quote (ITQ) Period:

ITQ Opening Date: Monday, 3 March 2025

ITQ Closing Date: Wednesday, 19 March 2025 at 17:00 hours (Local Time Berlin, Germany)

The Schedule of Quotation and the Notice of Award will be published on the Embassy's notice board after the closing date of the ITQ and after an award has been made.
