INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) – PROVISION OF PEST CONTROL AND FUMIGATION SERVICES AT THE HIGH COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
The High Commission of the Republic of Singapore invites established vendors to quote for the provision of pest control and fumigation services at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam. This ITQ will be for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend for one (1) year.
There will be a mandatory site tender briefing and site show-round on Tuesday, 20 June 2023 at 1430hrs at the High Commission. Interested vendors should provide the personnel details (name, IC number, handphone number and vehicle number) to Mr Ian Looi via email (ian_looi@mfa.sg) and copied to lorraine_sj_tan@mfa.gov.sg to register for the site visit. The original ITQ documents will only be provided to vendors at the site visit. Vendors who do not participate in the site visit will be disqualified.
Please note that only up to two representatives from each company will be allowed to participate in the site visit.
For any enquiries regarding the ITQ, please write to Bandar_Seri_Begawan_procurement@mfa.sg, and copy your email to lorraine_sj_tan@mfa.gov.sg and ian_looi@mfa.sg no later than Friday, 23 June 2023 at 1700 hrs.
Interested vendors shall submit their quotations to the High Commission by hand using sealed envelopes. The envelope should have on its top left-hand corner:
a. the reference number and title of the ITQ;
b. the closing date and time of the ITQ; and
c. the fax number (if any), phone number, electronic mail address and address of the vendor.
The sealed envelope should be dropped into the Tender Box at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore at No. 8, Simpang 74, Jalan Subok, Bandar Seri Begawan BD2717 by Tuesday, 27 June 2023, 1500 hrs.
The opening date of this ITQ is Thursday, 15 June 2023 and the closing date is Tuesday, 27 June 2023, 1500 hrs. The mode of publication for the Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be posted on the High Commission’s bulletin board.
