(ITQ-2019-004) INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE PROVISON OF OUTDOOR GARDEN MAINTENANCE SERVICES TO THE SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION
You are invited to quote for the provision of outdoor garden maintenance services to the Singapore High Commission (the “High Commission”). This will be for the Chancery and a Residence.
2 If you are interested to submit a proposal, please indicate your interest by reply to this email. The ITQ documents will be emailed to you. You are reminded to maintain confidentiality on the contents of these documents.
3 A site visit to the 2 premises will take place on Monday, 2 September 2019, at 1400 hours. Please email your interest to attend to Michael Oakes at Michael_Oakes@mfa.sg.
4 Please submit your proposal and the completed tables of costs/information by Tuesday, 10 September 2019, no later than 5pm (AEST) via email or delivery (in sealed envelopes) to:

5 Any response/proposal submitted to this office after the stipulated date and time, from whatever causes arising, will not be considered. Please also note this office will not review your proposal until after close of quotation period at 5pm, on 10 September 2019.
6 The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quotation/proposal.
