Invitation to Quote for shipping services from Geneva to Singapore and/or the United Kingdom – Permanent Mission of Singapore in Geneva
1. Contract period
The Permanent Mission of Singapore in Geneva would like to invite quotations for the shipment of personal effects of the Mission’s staff from Geneva to Singapore and/or the United Kingdom.
Interested parties are to contact Ms Imen Zlitni at Tel: 22 795 0101 or email: Imen_Zlitni@mfa.sg to request for the Quotation documents. The Quotation documents will be sent through email or disseminated by hard copies to all interested parties at the Embassy.
Please contact Ms Zlitni if you require any clarifications pertaining to the Quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. No extension will be given to the closing date.
2. Closing Date
The quotation opening period will be from 14 May 2020, 1000 hrs to 22 May 2020, 1000 hrs.
All interested parties must submit their quotations i.e. completed price schedule form, product brochures, proposal and company profile to geneva_procurement@mfa.sg and tay_lai_huat@mfa.gov.sg via email[1], latest by 1000 hrs on 22 May 2020. Late submissions will be disqualified. Agreement to the Mission’s Conditions of Contract must also be indicated in the bid.
3. Validity of Quotation
The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.
4. Evaluation Criteria
All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

5. Award of Quotation
