新加坡共和国驻广州总领事馆现邀请各有意参加投标的公司对我馆安保服务进行投标。馆舍安保服务期为两年；服务期结束后，在双方协商同意的情况下，合约可再顺延一年。
2 凡有意参加投标者必须将书面报价以电子邮件形式发至下述邮箱：Guangzhou_Procurement@mfa.sg，联系人为新加坡共和国驻广州总领事馆副领事（行政与领事）白素琴女士。
3 投标文件递交的截止时间为2020年4月8日中午12时。以信件、传真或发至上述邮箱以外邮箱的电邮形式所发送的报价均视为无效报价。招标文件将以电邮形式向各有兴趣公司发出。请致电+8620-38912345向白素琴女士咨询招标方面的疑问。
4 招标计划表及中标通知书将于本馆公告板上展示。

INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES AT SINGAPORE CONSULATE-GENERAL IN GUANGZHOU

The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore invites interested companies to submit a quotation for the provision of security guard services for the Consulate for a period of two years, with an option to extend for another year.
2 Interested vendors are requested to submit their written quotation offers to the following email address: Guangzhou_Procurement@mfa.sg Attention to: Ms Pai Su Qin, Vice-Consul (Admin & Consular), Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore (Guangzhou)
3 The Invitation to Quote will close on Wednesday, 8 April 2020 at 1200 hours. Submissions sent by post, fax or to other email accounts other than the email account indicated above will be disqualified. Quotation documents will be sent to interested vendors via email. Enquiries regarding the specifications may be made to Ms Pai Su Qin at Tel: +86 20 389 12345.
4 The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice would be displayed on the Consulate’s bulletin board.
