The 10th Leaders in Urban Governance Programme, organised by the Centre of Liveable Cities (CLC) under the Ministry of National Development, completed a one-week study visit to Guangdong from 10 to 17 November 2019. The delegation visited Guangzhou, Zhuhai and Shenzhen and exchanged views and best practices with the provincial and respective municipal governments on urban planning, development and management. The delegation also visited several Guangdong enterprises to understand the latest development of various cities and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Chief Executive of JTC Ng Lang, together with several delegation members, also called on Guangdong Vice Governor Xu Ruisheng.
