INVITATION TO TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE RENOVATION PROJECT AT THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCE OF THE SINGAPORE CONSUL-GENERAL IN HONG KONG
The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Hong Kong would like to invite you to tender for the provision of construction services for the Renovation Project at the Official Residence of the Singapore Consul-General in Hong Kong.
2 You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the following documents which constitute integral components of this tender and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein:
(a) Annex “A” - Instructions to Tenderers
(b) Annex “B” - Form of Tender
(c) Annex “C” - Conditions of Contract
(d) Annex “D” - Requirement Specifications

3 Tender offers shall be submitted using sealed envelopes to the Consulate-General as stipulated in Annex A 'Instructions to Tenderers'. All submissions should reach the Consulate-General not later than 31 October 2017, 1200 hrs. Late submissions will be disqualified.
