INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR GROUP MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN HONG KONG SAR


            You are invited to Quote for the provision of group medical insurance for 10 local employees of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Hong Kong SAR.  The insurance coverage period is from 1 March 2018 to 28 February 2019.

  

2          You shall be deemed to have read this letter and fully understood the following documents which constitute integral components of this invitation and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein.  You are required to write in to the Consulate to obtain a copy of the following before you submit your quotation:

 

(a)  Annex “A”          -           Schedule of Requirements

(b)  Annex “B”           -           Conditions of Contract


Closing Date and Mode of Submission

 

3          Your proposal should be submitted to the following email address at Hong_Kong_procurement@mfa.sg and be addressed to Ms Liew Pei Shan.  Please indicate the subject as “Provision of Group Medical Insurance for 10 local employees of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Hong Kong SAR”.  All submissions should reach the Consulate-General not later than 7 March 2018, 12 noon.  Late submission will be disqualified.

 Evaluation Criteria

 

5          Your quotation will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

 

(a)  Price Competitiveness (50%)

(b)  Compliance with Specifications (30%)

(c)  Track Record (20%)

 

Terms and Conditions

 

6          The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any Quote. 

 

7          All cost or expenses related to preparing the Quote will be borne by you.

 

8          All information supplied to you by the Consulate-General, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.

 

9          The Consulate-General reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in Annex.

 

10        Your response should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 90 days from the closing date of this invitation.
