INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES AT SINGAPORE CONSULATE-GENERAL IN HONG KONG FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR (1 AUGUST 2018 TO 31 JULY 2019) WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND ANOTHER YEAR (1 AUGUST 2019 TO 31 JULY 2020)


            The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Hong Kong would like to invite you to tender for the provision of security guard services at the Singapore Consulate-General in Hong Kong.

 

2          You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the following documents which constitute integral components of this tender and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein:

                        (a)       Annex “A”    -           Instructions to Tenderers

                        (b)       Annex “B”     -           Form of Tender

                        (c)       Annex “C”     -           Conditions of Contract

                        (d)       Annex “D”    -           Requirement Specifications

                        (e)       Annex “E”     -           Contract Agreement     

 

3          Tender offers shall be submitted using sealed envelopes to the Consulate-General as stipulated in Annex A 'Instructions to Tenderers'.  All submissions should reach the Consulate-General not later than 16 July 2018, 1200 hrs.  Late submissions will be disqualified.

 

4          Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria listed below according to the following:

            a) Price Competitiveness – 50%

            b) Compliance with Specifications – 40%

            c)  Track Record of company – 10 %

6          The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender offer, or the whole or any part of any offer.

 

7          All cost or expenses related to preparing the tender will be borne by you.

 

8          All information supplied to you by the Consulate-General, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.

 

9          The submitted tender should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 90 days from the closing date of this tender.
