INVITATION TO QUOTE – PROVISION OF PRIVATE PART-TIME FRENCH LANGUAGE TRAINING FOR ONE OFFICER
To: All relevant vendors
1 The Singapore Consulate-General in Hong Kong would like to invite relevant vendors to quote for the provision of private part-time French language training from 1 November 2020 to 25 June 2021 for one Ministry of Foreign Affairs officer. The dates are subject to change. The officer is expected to attain at least CEFR A1 proficiency after the training.
2 The private tuition will be held at the officer’s choice of location, either at the residence (The Colonnade, 152 Tai Hang Road) or at the Singapore Consulate-General (Admiralty Centre Tower 1, 18 Harcourt Road).
3 Interested vendors may contact Ms Ho Jia Qian, Consul (Admin & Consular) at +852 2527 2212 for the necessary documents.
4 The quotation opening period will be from 13 October 2020 (Tuesday) to 22 October 2020 (Thursday) at 1700 hrs Hong Kong time. Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered. Your proposal must be submitted to hong_kong_procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to Ms Ho Jia Qian, Consul (Admin & Consular).
5 Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria below:
a. Suitability of Proposal (30%)
b. Price Competitiveness (40%)
c. Track Record and Relevant Experience (30%)
6 The Consulate-General will post the Award Notice on its bulletin board at its office.
