1. The Singapore Consulate-General in Hong Kong would like to invite relevant suppliers to tender for the supply and delivery of one (1) automatic transmission vehicle for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Hong Kong.
2. Interested suppliers may contact Ms Esther SEAH for the necessary documents.
3. Companies must meet the following critical criteria before they will be assessed against the evaluation criteria:
(a) Supplier must be an Authorised Dealer appointed by the car manufacturer for Hong Kong; and
(b) Proposed vehicle - Automatic mid-size petrol or hybrid luxury sedan or SUV (non-AMG/sports model) (equivalent to Mercedes-Benz E-class) with displacement not exceeding 3,000cc.
4. Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria below:
(a) Overall Price Competitiveness – 50%
(b) Compliance with Technical Specifications – 35%
(c) Warranty and After-sale Service – 15%
5. The tender will be opened from 2 August 2024 (Friday) to 9 September 2024 (Monday) at 1200 hrs Hong Kong time.
6. All proposals must be submitted in hardcopy in a sealed envelope and addressed to Ms Esther SEAH. Vendors shall specify clearly on the back of the envelope: (i) the quotation title i.e. “Supply and Delivery of One (1) Automatic Transmission Vehicle”; (ii) the Submission Date and Time; and (iii) the name and address of the Potential Tenderer.
7. Tenders received after the deadline will not be considered.
8. The Singapore Consulate-General will post the Tender Schedule and Award Notice on its Bulletin Board at its office.
