PROVISION OF A GROUP BASIC MEDICAL INSURANCE POLICY FOR LOCALLY-RECRUITED STAFF AND THEIR DEPENDANTS AT THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN JEDDAH
The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Jeddah hereby invites quotations for provision of the above services for a group basic medical insurance policy for its locally recruited staff and their dependants.
2 You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood this letter and the following documents, which constitute integral components of this Invitation, and shall comply with all the terms and conditions specified therein:
· Covering Letter,
· Instructions to Potential Suppliers,
· Conditions of Contract,
· Requirement Specifications and Evaluation Criteria; and
· Form of Agreement (to be signed upon Award)
3 Interested parties are to contact Vice-Consul (Administration & Consular) Daniyal Hakim at +966 55 644 6155 or email: Muhammad_Daniyal_Hakim_JOHANI@mfa.gov.sg, or Vice-Consul Taufiq Majeed at +966 50 515 0805 or email: Muhammad_Taufiq_ABDUL_MAJEED@mfa.gov.sg to request for the Quotation documents (Covering Letter, Instructions to Potential Suppliers, Conditions of Contract, Requirement Specifications & Evaluation Criteria and Form of Agreement).
4 Quotations, and all Annexes, shall be submitted via sealed envelopes labelled “Quotation for Group Basic Medical Insurance Policy for Locally-Recruited Staff and Their Dependents” to the Authority located at the following address:

The envelopes shall be addressed to:
· Vice-Consul (Administration & Consular) Daniyal Hakim; or
· Vice-Consul (Hajj) Taufiq Majeed
All quotations shall be submitted no later than Sunday, 26 March 2023, 1530hrs (Arabian Standard Time).
5 All costs or expenses related to preparing your Quotation Offer will be borne by you.
6 All information supplied to you by the Consulate-General, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.
7 The Consulate-General reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in the attached documents. The Consulate-General also does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any part of any Quotation Offer.
8 Your Quotation Offer should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of thirty (30) days from the closing date of this invitation.
9 All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.
