You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the provision of non-comprehensive maintenance services for the security systems at the Chancery of the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Kuala Lumpur.
