You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in London, United Kingdom under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the provision of cleaning services for the Chancery located at 9 Wilton Crescent, SW1X 8SP.

Tender Closing Date and Time
3 The closing date of the Tender is Friday, 5 November 2021 at 1600 hrs (local UK -BST). Tenders submitted after the closing date and time may be disqualified.
Compulsory Tender Briefing
4 A compulsory tender briefing will be conducted at 1100 hrs on Friday, 8 October 2021 (local UK -BST) at the Singapore High Commission located at 9 Wilton Crescent, SW1X 8SP. Interested tenderers should contact Mr Karol Wenda, Properties Manager, at properties.lon@gmail.com to register for the briefing.
Mode of Submission
5 Tender offers shall be submitted to the Singapore High Commission in a sealed envelope by hand as stipulated in “Annex A – Instruction to Tenderer”.
6 The schedule of tenders received, and eventual award notice will be displayed at the High Commission’s bulletin board.
7 The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Tender Offer, or the whole or any part of Tender Offer.
8 All enquiries regarding this ITT shall be made in writing sent via electronic mail to ALL the following email addresses no later than 48 hours before the closing date:
