Invitation to Tender - Supply and Delivery of One Electric Vehicle

TENDER REFERENCE NO.: SHC-ITT-2024-01

1.   You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in London, United Kingdom under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the procurement of an official vehicle for the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in London.

2.   This ITT contains the following:

1. Covering Letter with the prescribed Form of Tender;

    

2. Instructions to Tenderers;

    

3. Conditions of Contract; and

    

4. Requirement Specifications.

3.   The closing date of the Tender is Monday, 12 August 2024 at 1500 hours (local UK - BST).  Tenders submitted after the closing date and time will be disqualified.

4.   Interested tenderers are kindly requested to contact the High Commission at London_Procurement@mfa.sg to request for the tender documents.  All enquiries regarding this ITT shall be made in writing sent via electronic mail to ALL the following email addresses no later than 5 working days before the closing date:
