QUOTATION FOR CLEANING SERVICES

       You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in London, United Kingdom under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for Cleaning Services at the Singapore High Commission.

2       This ITQ contains the following:

1. Cover Letter;
2. Instructions to Potential Suppliers (Quotations);
3. Conditions of Contract;
4. Requirement Specifications; and
5. Sample Clearance Form.

3       Your Quotation must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read all documents enclosed in this ITQ carefully before submitting your Quotation.

4       All enquiries regarding this ITQ shall be made in writing sent via electronic mail to London_Procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to Ms Shalini Arasu. All enquiries are to be made in accordance with Clause 16.5 of the Instructions to Potential Suppliers.

5       A compulsory briefing cum site show-round will be conducted on Wednesday, 8 January 2025 at 1430 hours (GMT).

6       The ITQ will close on Monday, 13 January 2025 at 1000 hours (GMT). All proposals shall be submitted via email to London_Procurement@mfa.sg.
