ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Statement on The Bombing at The Cathedral of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Jolo, Sulu, The Philippines

1. ASEAN condemns the bombing at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Jolo, Sulu, the Philippines, on 27th January 2019, which resulted in the loss of innocent lives and caused injury to many. ASEAN extends its deepest condolences to the bereaved families of the victims, and wishes the injured a quick recovery.
