Permanent Representative of Singapore to ASEAN Ambassador Kok Li Peng attended the ASEAN Coastal Clean Up event on 30 November 2019 at the Taman Wisata Alam Mangrove, Angke Kapuk. The event was held to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of the Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN (CPR). It was organised by the CPR in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia. Secretary-General of ASEAN Dato Lim Jock Hoi, Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Siti Nurbaya Bakar, the CPR and Ambassadors accredited to ASEAN participated in the clean up of the mangrove alongside students from high school, junior and elementary schools from Jakarta and Bogor.
