We, the Ministers/High-Level Representatives of the ASEAN Member States and the Republic of Korea responsible for handling transnational crime matters, convened the First ASEAN Plus Republic of Korea Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime (1st AMMTC + ROK) Consultation in Bangkok, Thailand on 28 November 2019. The Meeting was co-chaired by H.E. Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Retired) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister of Defence II and Chairman of the National Security Committee of Brunei Darussalam, and H.E. Dr. Cheol-Kyu Hwang, Chief Prosecutor, International Centre for Criminal Justice of the Republic of Korea.
