WE, the Transport Ministers of ASEAN Member States and the People’s Republic of China, have convened the ASEAN-China Transport Ministers’ Special Meeting on COVID-19 on 16 July 2020 through Video Conference.

Recognizing that the global COVID-19 pandemic poses unprecedented threats and challenges to the whole world, including the severe disruption to economies and the devastating impact on the livelihoods of people
