The ASEAN Foundation and enterprise software company SAP SE received the gold award for the Best Public Relations (PR) Campaign in Public Services category at the Marketing Magazine’s PR Awards 2018 Gala Dinner held in Singapore on March 16. First launched and announced in 2017, the ASEAN Foundation and SAP are now into their second year of strategic collaboration under a Memorandum of Understanding to roll out initiatives based on two strategic pillars, namely education and entrepreneurship. The initiatives are aimed at equipping ASEAN youths with the skills they need to tackle society’s problems and thrive in the digital economy. They also build the capacity of innovative social enterprises that put young people on the path to more successful careers and build a more effectively skilled workforce for the IT sector through training and workforce development programmes.
