BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY
Mr Roland Ng San Tiong is the Managing Director and Group CEO of Tat Hong Holdings Ltd.
Mr Ng started his career in Jurong Town Corporation as a Civil Engineer. He joined his family business Tat Hong Holdings in 1979 and was appointed its Group Chief Executive Officer in 1991.
Mr Ng was elected as President of the 59th & 60th Councils of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry in 2017 & 2019 respectively, and holds directorships in its subsidiaries, namely, The Financial Board of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Chinese Chamber Realty Private Limited, and Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
Mr Ng is the Vice Chairman of the China & North Asia Business Group of Singapore Business Federation. He is also a Member of the Board of Trustees of Chinese Development Assistance Council, Board of Directors of Business China, and Advisory Council on Community Relations in Defence.
Mr Ng was awarded the Public Service Star (BBM) in 2010 and the Public Service Medal (PBM) in 2002. He was also awarded the “Businessman of the Year” at the Singapore Business Awards in 2007 and the “Best CEO Award” at the Singapore Corporate Awards in 2009.
