MFA Press Statement: Visit by Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Vivian Balakrishnan to Brussels, Belgium for the 22nd ASEAN-EU Ministerial Meeting, 21 January 2019
Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Vivian Balakrishnan will attend the 22nd ASEAN-EU Ministerial Meeting (AEMM) on 21 January 2019 in Brussels, Belgium. At the AEMM, ASEAN and EU Ministers will take stock of ASEAN-EU cooperation, and will discuss ways to further enhance the ASEAN-EU relationship. Minister Balakrishnan will also have bilateral meetings with several of his European counterparts.
Minister Balakrishnan will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
