Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan welcomed his ASEN counterparts to Singapore ahead of the 51st ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting on 1 August 2018. He also met with representatives from the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR), the Southeast Asia Nuclear Weapons Free Zone (SEANWFZ) Commission, and the foreign ministers of two of ASEAN’s Sectoral Dialogue Partners – Norway and Turkey.
