Singapore Permanent Representative to ASEANTan Hung Seng co-chaired the 8^th
ASEAN-China Centre Joint Council in Chongqing on 26 November 2018 with PRC Ambassador to ASEAN Huang Xilian. The delegation also spoke at the “Lecture Series by ASEAN and Chinese Ambassadors” in Chongqing University, met with Chongqing Vice Mayor Liu Guiping, and made site visits including to the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity Administrative Burea
