PR Kok Li Peng attended the 16th Meeting of the Governing Council of the ASEAN Institute for Peace and Reconciliation (ASEAN-IPR) on Monday 19th August at the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta. The meeting considered operationalisation issues as well as updates on the Institute's Projects and Initiatives
