Commercial international flights to Oman have resumed from 1 October 2020 for only Omani citizens and residents with valid visas to enter Oman without prior approval. Travellers to Oman are required to undertake a PCR test 96-hours before arriving in the country. Upon arrival in Oman, travellers must undertake a PCR test and possess health insurance that will cover the cost of treating COVID-19 for at least 30 days. They will also be required to register on the Tarassud+ COVID monitoring app prior to their arrival. Foreign nationals entering Oman must show confirmation of their reserved accommodation and pay for their mandatory 7-day stay in institutional quarantine. On the 8th day they have to do a PCR test in Oman. You may refer to the following web page(s) for information on entry restrictions affecting travellers from Singapore to Oman.
