The Chief Minister of Rajasthan Vasundhara Raje will make an official visit to Singapore from 13 to 16 October 2014. She will be accompanied by senior officials from the Rajasthan government.
On 14 October 2014, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Tharman Shanmugaratnam will host Mdm Raje to an official dinner, and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Law K Shanmugam will host her to an official lunch. In addition, Mdm Raje will meet Minister for the Environment and Water Resources Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, as well as Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister for Home Affairs and Trade and Industry S Iswaran.
Mdm Raje will also be the Guest of Honour at a business seminar on 15 October 2014. The seminar is organised by the Rajasthan government with support from the Singapore Business Federation, Singapore Manufacturing Federation, Singapore Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Confederation of Indian Industry. She will also visit the Institute of Technical Education College Central, the Marina Barrage, the NEWater Visitor Centre and the Land Transport Authority.
