INVITATION TO APPLY FOR APPOINTMENT AS AUTHORISED VISA AGENTS IN CHANDIGARH, LUDHIANA, AMRITSAR & JALANDHAR

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

1.     The Singapore High Commission in New Delhi cordially invites interested service providers to quote for appointment as authorised visa agents for the Singapore High Commission in cities of Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Amritsar and Jalandhar. 

 

2.     Interested service providers are required to meet the following criteria:

a.

Certified by the International Air Transport Association (IATA)

b.

Member of the Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI)

c.

Member of the Travel Agents Federation of India (TAFI)

d.

Registered business with at least 5 years' experience operating a centre for visa services


 

3.    Interested service providers who meet the above criteria are to submit their company profiles and photographs of their office (both indoors and the office front) together with the IATA, TAAI & TAFI certificates and other related documents in sealed envelopes addressed to the following address:

5.     All costs or expenses relating to preparing the submission will be borne by the service provider.


6.    All information supplied to the service providers by the Singapore High Commission, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.


7.    The Singapore High Commission reserves the right to reject any service provider if the applicaton response is not submitted in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter.
