Mr President,
I have the honour to speak in Explanation of Vote after the adoption of resolutions L.10 to L.13.
Mr President
2 Singapore voted in favour of resolution A/70/L.10 (“Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People”) on the understanding that the reference in OP2 to the “achievement of the two-State solution on the basis of the pre-1967 borders” should be interpreted in the same manner as set out in OP1 of resolution A/70/L.13 (“Peaceful settlement of the Question of Palestine”), namely, “the two-State solution of Israel and Palestine, living side-by-side in peace and security within recognised borders, based on the pre-1967 borders.”
Thank you, Mr President.
