Invitation to Quote for the Provision of Fire Alarm Service Contract for the Chancery of the Permanent Mission of Singapore to the UN
Invitation to Quote (ITQ)No.: NYCITQ-0010/2022
Interested proposers are invited to submit quotation to provide full fire alarm maintenance service for the Chancery of the Permanent Mission of Singapore to the UN for a period of 3-years from 1 March to 28 February 2026, with an option to extend for an additional one year from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027.
Interested proposers must e-mail to New_York_Perm_Rep_procurement@mfa.sg for more information.
All proposals must be submitted to the Government of the Republic of Singapore c/o The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York by hand with subject heading “NYCITQ-0010/2022”.
The ITQ will close on 30 December 2022 at 3.00pm (New York time).
Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
We will post the Award Notice on our Bulletin Board at the Singapore Mission after the close of the ITQ.
