INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF A ONE-TIME PROFESSIONAL COMPREHENSIVE CLEANING SERVICE AT THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCE

You are invited to submit your offer for the provision of a one-time professional comprehensive cleaning service at the Official Residence for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
2 Please contact Ms Emilie Lefevre, person in charge of building maintenance at 01 56 79 68 03/ sg-admin@mfa.sg or Ms Janne Liew, Attaché (Administration & Technical) at liew_boa_tyng@mfa.gov.sg to obtain the documents and details of the Tender.
3 The Government of the Republic of Singapore will organise site visits at the Official Residence between 7 to 14 June 2021, if required. Please register your attendance with Ms Emilie Lefèvre, person-in-charge of building maintenance, at 01 56 79 68 03 or sg-admin@mfa.sg.
4 All offers shall be submitted to paris_procurement@mfa.sg by Wednesday, 16 June 2021 at 17h00 local time (CET).
5 The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.
6 This invitation to tender and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
