CORRIGENDUM TO THE INVITATION TO TENDER
You were invited to tender for the provision of French language training for two Ministry of Foreign Affairs Officers and their spouses (total four (4) students).
2 Pursuant to section 29 of the Instructions to Tenderers, we hereby wish to inform you of the corrigendum to the following tender documents :
I) ANNEX C – REQUIREMENTS AND EVALUATION CRITERIA
II) ANNEX D - PROPOSAL (TO BE COMPLETED BY VENDOR)
3 All other terms of the documents which constitute integral components of this Invitation to Tender (which have been duly forwarded to you) remain the same.
4 Please contact Ms Janne Liew, Attaché (Administration & Technical) at liew_boa_tyng@mfa.gov.sg to obtain the documents and/or enquire about any aspect of this Tender.
5 All offers shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to Ms Janne Liew at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore at 16 rue Murillo 75008 Paris by the closing date. The closing date for the tender is Friday, 28 October 2022 at 17h00 local time (CET).

The school is to provide French language training for two Ministry of Foreign Affairs Officers and their spouses (total four (4) students). The language training period and expected proficiency level in French language for each student at the end of their respective training period is as follows:

Full Intermediate CEFR B2 Proficiency in French, within 16 weeks/400 hours (23 January 2023 to 12 May 2023) |

Student 2 |
Full Basic CEFR A2 Proficiency in French, within 8 weeks/200 hours (23 January 2023 to 17 March 2023) |

Student 3 |
Full Intermediate CEFR B1 Proficiency in French, within 12 weeks/300 hours (3 April 2023 to 23 June 2023) |

Student 4 |
Full Basic CEFR A2 Proficiency in French, within 8 weeks/200 hours (3 April 2023 to 26 May 2023) |
