Dear Sir/Madam,
INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF ONE (1) AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION VEHICLE FOR THE HIGH COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN PRETORIA
You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore, as represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Pretoria, to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the supply of one (1) automatic transmission vehicle to serve as the High Commission’s official vehicle.
Interested suppliers should contact the Singapore High Commission at pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg, and copy to anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg to request a full set of the Tender documents.
You may propose amendments to the Conditions of Contract at Annex C or submit your own set of Conditions of Contract, order form, and/or other requirements as part of your proposals for consideration. You may also submit multiple models in your proposal.
All Tender proposals must be submitted by hand and in a sealed envelope as stipulated in the “Instructions to Tenderers”, addressed to the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Pretoria (980 Francis Baard Street, Arcadia, Pretoria 0083), with the subject: “Supply of One (1) Automatic Transmission Vehicle for the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Pretoria”.
Please note that this ITT will close on 5 July 2024, 1700hrs (South Africa Standard Time). Late submissions will not be accepted for consideration, and submissions received by e-mail or other similar means will also not be accepted for consideration.
This ITT, including the annexes hereto, may contain confidential information that is the property of the Government of the Republic of Singapore. Except with the prior written consent of the High Commission of Singapore in Pretoria, the Tenderer shall not disclose this Tender, or any of its provisions, or any specifications, or information issued by the High Commission, in whole or in part to any party in any manner whatsoever other than for preparing a Tender Offer. All Tenderers shall be required to sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement attached hereto as annexure “H” and return it to the High Commission of Singapore in Pretoria by hand.

The Government of the Republic of Singapore and the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Pretoria do not bind themselves to accept the lowest tender offer, the whole or any part of the tender offer, and are under no obligation to justify their decisions. All costs related to preparing this Tender will be borne by the Tenderer.
Please ensure that your proposal remains valid for acceptance for a minimum of 90 days from the closing date of this ITT.
