You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore, as represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Pretoria (hereinafter referred as “the High Commission”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the second phase of renovation services at the Official Residence (hereinafter referred as “the Residence”) of the High Commission.
Interested Contractors should contact the High Commission at pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg, and copy to anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg to request a full set of the Tender documents.
All Tender proposals must be submitted by hand and in a sealed envelope as stipulated in the “Instructions to Tenderers”, addressed to the “High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Pretoria (980-982 Francis Baard Street, Arcadia, Pretoria 0083, South Africa)”, with the subject: “Provision of Renovation Services for the Official Residence – Second Phase”.
Please note that this ITT will close on Friday, 13 December 2024, 1700hrs (South Africa Standard Time). Late submissions and/or submissions received by e-mail or other similar means will not be accepted for consideration.
There is one (1) critical criterion for this tender: All Tenderers must attend a mandatory on-site briefing at the Residence, scheduled for Tuesday, 26 November 2024, 1000hrs (South Africa Standard Time). This briefing is essential, as it provides a detailed overview of the project’s design requirements, materials, scope, and complexity, covering specific details that may not be fully addressed in the Tender documents. Failure to attend the briefing will result in disqualification from the bidding process, and such proposals will not be considered. Interested contractors should contact Mr Anand Raj at pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg and anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg to register interest to attend the briefing. The address will be conveyed once registered. For security reasons, unregistered contractors will not be permitted entry.
This ITT, including the Annexes, may contain confidential information that is the property of the Government of the Republic of Singapore. Except with the prior written consent of the High Commission, the Tenderer shall not disclose this Tender, or any of its provisions, or any specifications, or information issued by the High Commission, in whole or in part to any party in any manner whatsoever other than for preparing a Tender Offer. All Tenderers shall be required to sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement.

The Government of the Republic of Singapore and the High Commission does not bind themselves to accept the lowest Tender offer, the whole or any part of the Tender offer, and are under no obligation to justify their decisions. All costs related to preparing this Tender will be borne by the Tenderer.
Please ensure that your proposal remains valid for acceptance for a minimum of 120 days from the closing date of this ITT.
Please be informed that the schedule of Tenders received will be made available on the bulletin board of the High Commission. Additionally, the notice of award will also be displayed on the same bulletin board upon the conclusion of the evaluation process.
