You are invited to Quote for the replacement of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units, removal of obsolete HVAC units and wall restoration for the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Pretoria (hereinafter referred as “the High Commission”).
Interested vendors should contact the High Commission at pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg, and copy to anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg to request a full set of the quotation documents.
The proposals should be submitted to the High Commission not later than Wednesday, 20 November 2024, 1700hrs (South African Standard Time). Please note that any proposals received after the stipulated date and time, for whatever reasons, will not be considered and will be disqualified.
The proposals should be submitted to the following e-mail address pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg, and copy to anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg and be addressed to Mr Anand Raj. Please indicate the subject as “HVAC Project for the Singapore High Commission – [Name of Vendor’s company]”.
There is one (1) critical criterion for this ITQ: All vendors must attend a mandatory on-site briefing at the High Commission, scheduled for Wednesday, 13 November 2024, 1000hrs (South Africa Standard Time). This briefing is essential, as it provides a detailed overview of the project’s design requirements, scope, and complexity, covering specific details that may not be fully addressed in the ITQ documents. Failure to attend the briefing will result in disqualification from the bidding process, and such proposals will not be considered. Interested contractors should contact Mr Anand Raj at: +27 (078) 074 5433 / pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg and anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg to register interest to attend the briefing. For security reasons, unregistered vendors will not be permitted entry. Any enquiries regarding the specifications may also be made to Mr Anand Raj.
The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any Quote. All cost or expenses related to preparing the Quote will be borne by the vendor.
All information supplied by the High Commission, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.
The High Commission reserves the right to disqualify the vendor if they do not submit the proposals in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in Annexes.
The proposals should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 60 days from the closing date of this invitation.
Please be informed that the schedule of Quotations received will be made available on the bulletin board of the High Commission. Additionally, the notice of award will also be displayed on the same bulletin board upon the conclusion of the evaluation process.
