Invitation to Quote for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Multi-Purpose Vehicle for the Singapore Embassy in Riyadh
The Singapore Embassy in Riyadh would like to invite quotations for the supply and delivery of a multi-purpose vehicle for official use by the Embassy.
2 You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood this letter and the following attached documents, which constitute integral components of this invitation, and shall comply with all the terms and conditions specified therein:
2 Your Quotation Offer shall be submitted to the following email address: Riyadh_procurement@mfa.sg. Please indicate the subject as “Quotation for Supply and Delivery of a Multi-Purpose Vehicle to the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Riyadh”. The Quotation Opening period shall be from 30 Jun 2020, 0800h to 9 July 2020, 1200h. All quotation offers should be received at the stipulated email address not later than Thursday, 9 July 2020, at 1200h (Arabian Standard Time). Late submissions will be disqualified.
3 All costs or expenses related to preparing your Quotation Offer will be borne by you.
4 All information supplied to you by the Embassy, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.
5 The Embassy reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in the attached documents. The Embassy also does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any part of any Quotation Offer.
6 Your Quotation Offer should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of ninety (90) days from the closing date of this invitation.
7 All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.
