The above exercise was carried out from 25 August to 10 September 2020 for painting services at the Embassy’s premises.
2 The Embassy would like to inform all potential suppliers that the contract has been awarded to Jamal Jaroudi Company for Contracting.

Invitation to Quote for Painting Services at the Chancery and Official Residence of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The Singapore Embassy in Riyadh would like to invite quotations for exterior painting services at the Chancery and Official Residence of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Riyadh.
2 You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood this letter and the following attached documents, which constitute integral components of this invitation, and shall comply with all the terms and conditions specified therein:
3 Interested parties are to contact Mr Michael Lim +966 55 2677035 or email: Michael_lim@mfa.gov.sg to request for the Quotation documents (Covering Letter, Instructions to Potential Suppliers, Conditions of Contract, Requirement Specifications and Form of Agreement).
4 Your Quotation Offer shall be submitted to the following email address: Riyadh_procurement@mfa.sg. Please indicate the subject as “Quotation for Painting Services at the Chancery and Official Residence of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore”. The Quotation Opening period shall be from 25 August 2020, 0800h to 3 September 2020, 1200h. All quotation offers should be received at the stipulated email address not later than 3 September 2020, at 1200h (Arabian Standard Time). Late submissions will be disqualified.
5 All costs or expenses related to preparing your Quotation Offer will be borne by you.
6 All information supplied to you by the Embassy, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.
7 The Embassy reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in the attached documents. The Embassy also does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any part of any Quotation Offer.
8 Your Quotation Offer should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of ninety (90) days from the closing date of this invitation.
9 A mandatory site briefing will be conducted on 1 September 2020, 1000 hours at the Singapore Embassy in Riyadh. Interested suppliers should contact Mr Michael Lim at Tel: +966 55 2677035 to register their attendance. This mandatory site visit would also be used to address any clarifications or queries that potential suppliers may have.

11 The Award Notice will be published in due course on the website of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore at www.mfa.gov.sg/riyadh and bulletin board at the Embassy.
