        The above exercise was carried out from 13 to 22 April 2021 for provision of Arabic language training for the Singapore Embassy in Riyadh.

 

2 The Embassy would like to inform all potential vendors that the contract has been awarded to Berlitz.

To All Vendors of Arabic Language Training

 

INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR PROVISION OF ARABIC LANGUAGE TRAINING FOR SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN RIYADH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

 

                The Singapore Embassy in Riyadh hereby invites quotations for provision of Arabic Language Training for a diplomatic officer of the Singapore Foreign Service during the period of 20 June 2021 to 2 December 2021.

 

2              At the end of the course, the officer is expected to attain at least an Intermediate B2 level in Arabic under the Common European Framework of References (CEFR).

 

3              You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood this letter and the following documents, which constitute integral components of this Invitation, and shall comply with the terms and conditions specified therein:

 

  • Covering Letter,
  • Instructions to Potential Suppliers,
  • Conditions of Contract
  • Requirement Specifications and Evaluation Criteria; and
  • Form of Agreement (to be signed upon Award)

 

4              Interested parties are to contact Mr Michael Lim at +966 55 267-7035 or email Michael_lim@mfa.gov.sg to request for the Quotation documents (Covering Letter, Instructions to Potential Suppliers, Conditions of Contract, Requirement Specifications & Evaluation Criteria and Form of Agreement).

 

5              Your Quotation Offer shall be submitted to the following email address: Riyadh_procurement@mfa.sg. Please indicate the subject as “Quotation for Provision of Language Training for the Singapore Embassy in Riyadh”. The Quotation Opening period shall be from 13 April 2021, 0800h to 22 April 2021, 1200h. All Quotation Offers should be received at the stipulated email address not later than 22 April 2021, at 1200h (Arabian Standard Time). Late submissions will be disqualified.

 

6              All costs or expenses related to preparing your Quotation Offer will be borne by you.

 

7              All information supplied to you by the Embassy, whether in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.

 

8              The Embassy reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in the above-mentioned documents. The Embassy also does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any part of any Quotation Offer.

 

9              Your Quotation Offer should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of ninety (90) days from the closing date of this invitation.

 

10           All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.
