ITQ for Review of Procurement Template Documents

INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR REVIEW OF PROCUREMENT TEMPLATE DOCUMENTS

  Interested companies are invited to Quote for the review of procurement template documents for the Singapore Consulate-General in San Francisco.

2        Your proposal should be submitted to the following email address san_francisco_procurement@mfa.sg and be addressed to Ms Chew Ee Lin, Consul (Admin & Consular).

3        Please indicate the subject as “Review of Procurement Template Documents”. All submissions should reach the Consulate-General not later than 5pm on 3 October 2019 (San Francisco time). 

4 ITQ documents may be requested from Chew Ee Lin at chew_ee_lin@mfa.gov.sg. 

5        Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria listed below, which are ranked in order of their weightage:

(a)     Price Competitiveness                                             (50 %)     

(b)     Compliance with Specifications                               (40 %)              

(c)      Company Track Record and Experience                 (10 %)

6        The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any Quote.

7        All cost or expenses related to preparing the Quote will be borne by you.

8        All information supplied to you by the Consulate-General, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.

9        The Consulate-General reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in Annex.

10      Your response should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 30 days from the closing date of this invitation.

11   The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Consulate-General.
