싱가포르 입국 전 코로나바이러스감염증 검사 (기업인신속 통로 대상자를 제외한 일반 장기 체류 비자 소지자의 입국 시)
싱가포르 보건부는 코로나바이러스감염증의 싱가포르 유입 차단을 위한 방안을 발표했습니다.
2020년 11월 17일 23시 59분 이후 입국 하는 모든 입국자 (싱가포르 시민권자와 영주권자 또는 저위험으로 분류된 국가나 지역에서 입국하는 경우는 제외)는 출발 48시간 이내 코로나바이러스감염증 PCR 검사를 받아야 합니다. 이는 싱가포르 시민권자와 영주권자를 제외한 대한민국 발 모든 싱가포르 입국자는 출발 48시간 이내 코로나바이러스감염증 PCR 검사를 받아야 함을 의미합니다. 기업인 신속 통로를 통해 입국하는 경우는 기존 입국 요건과동 일합니다. 자세한 사항은 싱가포르 보건부 웹사이트를 참고해 주십시오. https://www.moh.gov.sg/news-highlights/details/safeguarding-lives-and-livelihoods
출발 48시간이내 PCR 검사시행 의료기관은 질병관리청 웹사이트( http://www.kdca.go.kr/board/board.es?mid=a20505000000&bid=0017&act=view&list_no=713933# )를 참고해 주십시오. 단, 의료기관 방문 전 다음의 요건에맞는 검사 결과지가 해당 의료기관에서 발급 가능한지 확인해야 합니다.

싱가포르 안전여행 (SafeTravel) 웹사이트에서 발췌: 싱가포르는 해당 국가 정부의 국제적으로 공인된 검사기관의 PCR 검사만을 인정합니다. 검사 결과지는 영문으로 발급되어야 하며 검사 시행 일자, 입국자의 여권상 성명과 생년월일 또는 여권상 성명과 여권번호가 기재되어야 합니다. 만약 검사 결과지의 신상정보가 여권상의 정보와 다를 경우, 동일인임을 증명할 수 있는 서류를 지참하여야 합니다.

Pre-departure testing for inbound travellers (non-Reciprocal Green Lane) to Singapore
The Ministry of Health Singapore has announced measures to reduce the risk of importation of COVID-19 cases into Singapore.
Starting from 17 November 2020 2359 hours, all inbound travellers who are not Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents, except those from lower-risk countries/regions, will need to take a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 48 hours before departure. This means that all travellers from ROK to Singapore who are not Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents will be required to take a pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test within 48 hours before departure. Requirements for those travelling on the Reciprocal Green Lane (ROK) remain unchanged. For pre-departure COVID-19 PCR tests within 48 hours of departure, travellers from the ROK to Singapore may wish to refer to the Korea Disease Control and prevention Agency (KDCA)'s website for the list of testing facilities. However, you are also advised to check with the testing facility of your choice, to ensure that they are able to fulfil the criteria below.

As taken from SafeTravel website: Singapore only accepts RT-PCR test results from labs in the country that are internationally accredited or recognised by the respective Government. The test result memo must state the negative test result in English, date that the test was taken, traveller/s name and either Date of Birth or Passport Number as stated in the passport. If the personal details used are not stated in the passport, the traveller should have the relevant identity document on hand for verification.
