INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE OF BUILDING, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS AT THE CHANCERY FOR THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN SHANGHAI FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE

                        You are invited to tender for the Provision of Maintenance of Building, Mechanical and Electrical Systems at the Chancery for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai for a period of (2) years from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2021. The contract awarded may be renewed for a further (1) year period, at the sole discretion of the Government in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Invitation to Tender.

 

2                      You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the following documents which constitute integral components of this tender and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein: -

                        (b)        Annex “C”    -         Conditions of Contract

                        (c)        Annex “D”    -         Requirement Specifications

3                      Your Tender Offers should be submitted using the Contractor’s Tender Offer template and submitted by hand in a sealed envelope together with other supporting documents of your proposal. All documents should be stamped with your official seal. You should clearly indicate the above-mentioned title and the Consulate-General’s address on the envelope. The envelope should be submitted to the reception counter at the Consulate-General no later than 5 December 2019 at 4:30pm, Beijing Time.


4                      A site briefing will be conducted at the Consulate-General at the following address on Tuesday, 12 November 2019, at 1000 hrs (Beijing Time). Please register your participation for the briefing with Ms Chay Kit Yue via Email: chay.kit.yue@cpgfm.com.sg or Tel: (021) 6278 5566, providing your name in full, passport/identity card number, company name and contact details.

5                      The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any Tender Offers. The Tender Award Notice will be published on the Consulate-General’s website.

 

6                      All cost or expenses related to preparing the Tender Offer will be borne by you.

 

7                      All information supplied to you by the Consulate-General, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party. You will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement during the site briefing before receiving the Tender Documents.

 

8                      The Consulate-General reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this invitation and the requirements listed in the Annexes.
