You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the provision of Comprehensive Maintenance of the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) System for Office and Common Area at the Chancery for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai for a period of one (1) year.
以新加坡共和国外交部下属之新加坡共和国驻上海的总领事为代表的新加坡共和国政府（“招标人”），特此邀请贵方参与新加坡共和国政府关于对办公和公共区域供应暖通系统全面保养维修之报价（“报价邀请书”）。本合同规定的方式在为期一（1）年内有效（“合同期限”）。
